Do I need prior experience?
No. Our programmes are designed to welcome complete beginners while also offering depth for those with some existing knowledge.
What if I miss a session?
We provide session recordings and materials to all participants. You can catch up at your own pace, though we encourage live attendance for the full benefit of community interaction.
Can I switch programmes after enrolling?
Programme switches are possible within the first two sessions, subject to availability in your preferred alternative.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as bank transfers for full programme fees.
Is there a refund policy?
Full refunds are available if you withdraw before the first session. After that, refunds are prorated based on sessions not yet attended, minus a £25 administrative fee.
While we don't operate regular walk-in hours, you're welcome to visit our space by appointment. Email us to arrange a time, and we'll show you around our facilities and answer any questions in person.
We occasionally collaborate with educational institutions, community centres, and corporate teams for bespoke programme delivery. If you're interested in bringing our programmes to your organisation, please email with details of your requirements and we'll assess whether there's a good fit.
